Help

If you need help with purchasing music from us, or downloading or playing music you've already bought, see the information below.

If you need more assistance, please use the form on the contact page for personal assistance. We're a new service and our help is currently being expanded!

Purchasing music

  • We accept all major credit cards (these differ depending on your country) and PayPal as means of payment.
  • If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to PayPal. Please note that you do not need to open a PayPal account to purchase from us - we use PayPal to process normal credit card payments.
  • At present we only accept payment in GBP, but we are in the process of supported other currencies.

Downloading music

  • Right-click "save link as": Always be sure to right-click and select "save link as" (or similar) when downloading files. This will ensure that the file is downloaded to a folder on your computer, rather than played as it downloads.
  • Complete albums: When downloading a complete album, all of the tracks are contained within a zip file. You will need to unzip the download to access the original tracks. All modern operating systems have the ability to open zip files built in - you should be able to double click on the downloaded file to unzip it.
  • Individual tracks: When downloading an individual track (or a number of individual tracks), the MP3 or FLAC files are downloaded directly. You do not need to unzip anything in order to play them.

Playing MP3s / burning to CD

  • To play MP3s on a Windows computer, we recommend you use the built-in Windows Media Player or iTunes. On a Mac, iTunes is a good choice. Usually, all you need to do is double click on the downloaded file (if you have downloaded a complete album, you will need to unzip the file first [see above]).
  • All recent Windows and Mac computers allow you to burn MP3 files to CDs without using any special software. You can use Windows Media Player, iTunes or Windows itself to burn an audio CD in Windows, and iTunes on a Mac.
